Hoping everyone had a happy Valentine’s Day! The Beshires and I spent Valentine’s Day in Taos, N.M. We enjoyed eating New Mexican cuisine. The green chili sauce was especially good. We enjoyed several scenic drives such as the High Road to Taos, the Enchanted Circle and the Turquoise Trail. The kids enjoyed all of the snow and sledding in the ski valley near Taos.
