It is about time for the state Dixie youth tournaments, and Chester County has nine teams that will be playing in the state tournaments.
These teams are: the 5/6 National Boys, 9/10 Boys, 11/12 Boys, 13-15 Boys, 5/6 Girls, 7/8 Girls, 9/10 Girls, 11/12 Girls and 13-15 Girls.
There were a few teams that even went undefeated in the district tournaments.
Those teams are the 5/6 Boys, 11/12 Girls and 9/10 Girls.
The 13/15 Boys already played at state and were eliminated 0-2.
Chester County’s 7/8 Girls and 13-15 Girls will be hosting the state tournament starting July 9.
All upcoming state game days and locations are as follows:
5/6 National Boys- July 1 at Sweetwater
9/10 Boys- July 15 at Greenbriar
11/12 Boys – July 15 at Savannah
13-15 Boys- Played June 25 at Joelton
5/6 Girls-July 16 at Fairview
7/8 Girls – July 9 host at Chester Co.
9/10 Girls – July 9 at Wayne Co.
11/12 Girls-July 16 at Fairview
13-15 Girls – July 9 host at Chester Co.
