One injured, one arrest in Heritage Towers stabbing in Henderson

Henderson Police Department responded to Heritage Towers at around 6 p.m. Friday May 7 on a report of a stabbing. According to a press release from HPD, officers were able to determine that two males had been in an argument and one of the males had been stabbed multiple times.
The suspect HPD identified was Freeman Anthony “Tony” Farley, 66, of 1170 Tally Store Road. He was taken into custody without incident shortly after the initial response.
Farley had reportedly left on foot prior to HPD’s arrival, and was located on East Main Street near a business.
According to the release, the victim was transported to an area hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries. Farley was charged with aggravated assault. He appeared in Chester County General Sessions Court Tuesday morning where his case was reset for 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 18. He is held in the Chester County Jail on $100,000 bond.
