Pinson Mounds hosts night sky observation Jan. 20

Pinson Mounds State Park and the Memphis Astronomical Society will hold a night sky observation event Jan. 20 at Pinson Mounds at 460 Ozier Road in Pinson. The event begins at 6 p.m. at the Museum with an indoor presentation by MAS, then continues out to the star gazing field.
Registration is $5 per person and can be completed at the park office, online at https://tnstateparks.com/parks/pinson-mounds or by calling 731-988-5614. The park encourages attendees to wear warm clothing and good shoes.
