NOTICE OF

DISSOLUTION

Notice is hereby given that Guinn Used Cars, Inc. has been dissolved and is in the process of winding up and liquidating its business and affairs. All persons with claims against the company must send them in writing to the company at 932 John Brown Road, Henderson, TN 38340-1030. The following information must be included in each claim:

(a) name and address of claimant;

(b) description and basis of claim;

(c) amount of claim;

(d) date claim arose; and

(e) documentation substantiating claim.

A claim against the company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this notice.

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated January 29, 2010, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded February 4, 2010, in Book No. 336, at Page 595, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Chester County, Tennessee, executed by Kevin Hooper, conveying certain property therein described to Carter Stanfill And Associates PLLC as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Dover Mortgage Company, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, will, on September 11, 2019 on or about 10:00 AM, at the Chester County Courthouse, Henderson, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Chester County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron stake at the northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Taze and Nancy Lofton by R. H. and R. W. Morrison on December 1, 1964, in the south line of Guy: runs thence north 85 degrees east 90 feet to a stake at the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to George Donald and Sibyl Blondell Clayton by R. W. and R. H. Morrison on October 3, 1964; runs thence south 4 degrees 15 minutes east with the west line of Clayton 110 feet to a stake in the north margin of the new 24 foot street: runs thence south 85 degrees west with the north margin of said street 90 feet to a stake at the southeast corner of the above mentioned Lofton lot: runs thence 4 degrees and 15 minutes west with the east line of said Lofton 110 feet to the place of beginning.

This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose. In addition, the following parties may claim an interest in the above-referenced property:

The sale held pursuant to this Notice may be rescinded at the Successor Trustee’s option at any time. The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day, time, and place certain without further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for the sale set forth above. In the event of inclement weather, the trustee hereby announces that the sale will be postponed for a period of two weeks. In such situations, notices will be mailed to interested parties of record.
