Decoda Williams, 34, pled guilty to count one, class B felony, burglary – other than habitat, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to count two, class E felony theft of property $1,000 to $2,500, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay $3,100 in restitution. He is to pay court costs and to have no contact with victim or witness if released. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a separate specified case.
Decoda Williams, 34, in a second case, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. He pled guilty to count 2, class A misdemeanor, evading arrest, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count three, class B misdemeanor resisting stop/arrest/search, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a separate specified case.

Wesley Mitchell Meeker, 59, was found guilty of count one, class B felony evading arrest by vehicle, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 60 days jail sentence, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines. He was found guilty of count two, class B misdemeanor resisting stop/arrest/search, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. Meeker was found guilty of count three, class B misdemeanor reckless driving, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. He was found guilty of count four, class C misdemeanor driving without a license, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. He was found guilty of count five, class C misdemeanor improper lane change, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. Driving privileges are revoked for two years. Counts one, two, three, four and five are concurrent with each other, all counts are consecutive to separate specified Chester County cases.
Jeremy Dewayne Willis, 43, was found guilty of count one, class C felony aggravated burglary, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $6,644.43 in restitution. He was found guilty of count two, class D felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. Willis is ordered to complete Teen Challenge Men of Excellence program, must pay restitution in full, must submit to random monthly alcohol and drug screens, remaining alcohol and drug free, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must have no contact with victims.
