Bernie Edward Young Jr., 28, pled guilty to introducing contraband – intoxicant/drugs into a penal facility. He was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, consecutive to a specified Chester County case, with no work release and no post plea expungement, and ordered to pay court costs.
