Grady and Carolyn Stack spent last week at Pickwick Landing enjoying their last camping trip for this year.
The Silerton Baptist Church will be hosting a Thanksgiving meal in the fellowship hall at noon Sunday, Nov. 19, following the worship service. Mark your calendar to come and enjoy good food and good fellowship with your neighbors.
Piney Grove will be hosting their Thanksgiving meal at 5 p.m. Sunday night, Nov. 19. Mark your calendar to participate in their activities.
Condolences to Cody Clifton on the recent passing of his father.
On Saturday, Nov. 4, at the home of Mary Lynn and Frankie Lambert in Saulsbury, 43 family members of Gilbert and Lois Stack met for a day of eats and fun. The small children enjoyed carving pumpkins while some of the older folks pitched washers and others enjoyed corn hole.
Jake Hill, member at Piney Grove Baptist Church, surrendered to the ministry last church during worship service. He would appreciate your prayers.
Recently, Samuel Gaffney was deployed to the Middle East. Samuel is the son-in-law of Roger and Wanda King. On Saturday, Nov. 11, Ezekial Dale Gaffney was born, through cooperation with the doctor, Samuel was able to hear Ezekial’s first cry by way of Facetime. Prayers for this family would be greatly appreciated.
