Southwest Head Start Pre-registration January 5-7

Southwest Head Start will hold pre-registration at the Chester Co. Library, 1012 E. Main St., on Jan. 5-7. Times are 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, noon-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, and 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 7. Information needed at time of pre-registration is child’s official birth certificate, up-to-date immunization record, TennCare or insurance card and dates of birth for all family members, two emergency contact people, proof of household income for 2021 (income tax or W-2 forms, year to date pay stubs or Families First).
