Angelia Lynn Harris, 62, of Finger passed away Aug. 7, 2025, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services were 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 11, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with burial to follow at Liberty Cemetery. The family received friends at Crook Avenue from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Carl Pekins Center in Jackson, St. Jude’s Children Hospital or your local animal shelter.   
She was born Aug. 7, 1963, in Medon, the daughter of Katheryn Faye Cox and the late Skylon Clinton Lively. She grew up in Medon and was a 1981 graduate of Southside High School in Jackson.
She married Tommy Lee Harris on Jan. 8, 1982, and they made their home in Finger for the last 30 years.
She worked for the STAR Center in Jackson for 18 years doing art therapy for children and adults with disabilities. She then worked as a mail carrier for the USPS in Finger for about 20 years. She retired due to poor health in 2017.
She loved painting, doing arts and crafts and helping others anyway she could. She loved animals and was always taking in strays to become her beloved pets. She was an Alabama Fan.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Lee Harris of Finger; a daughter, Courtney Harris of Finger; and her mother, Katheryn Faye Cox of Mobile, Ala.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Clinton Wayne Lively.
