The Chester County BBQ Festival was postponed last weekend due to heavy rain expected in connection with Hurricane Helene. The festival will instead be this weekend, Friday and Saturday, Oct. 4-5.
“We strive to present a festival that is safe and enjoyable to all and hope you will join us next weekend,” the Henderson | Chester County Chamber of Commerce said in a release. “Our prayers are with the state of Florida in the coming days, and we are thankful currently that we are not faced with the same threat. Our decision to move the festival is small in comparison to what they fear ahead. Please help us share the news and we look forward to seeing you at the 46th Annual Chester County BBQ Festival, Oct. 4 and 5.”
