In the State of Tenn. against Samantha Bennett, Bennett
was bound over to the Chester County Grand Jury, and is scheduled to next
appear for arraignment Feb. 26, 2020.
During an ongoing drug
investigation, Bennett, 28, of 295 Ollie Lane, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged
with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule
I controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
Bond was originally set at one
million, and has been reduced to $10,000. She continues to be held in the
Chester County Jail.
