The Chester County High School Golf teams came out strong in their match against Adamsville on Tuesday, securing victories in both the boys and girl’s competitions.
The boys team posted a team score of 191, outpacing Adamsville’s 208 to win by 17 strokes. Easton Garner led the way as the low medalist for the boys.
On the girl’s side, Chester County tallied a team score of 108, finishing ahead of Adamsville’s 121. Camryn Hardison earned low medalist honors for the girls.
Head Coach Mike Goff was pleased with the win but sees room for growth. “I feel like we have room for improvement in several areas,” Goff said. “I know what they are capable of, and we have some work to do. They have more in the tank. We’ll shave some scores and get more consistent—that’s my goal for each of them.”
