Two Chester County High School chorus students auditioned for and were named to the TN All-State Honor Choir. Sophomore Penelope Gaskin and junior Tylon Hill gathered at Opryland with the best singers from across the state April 10-12 to rehearse and give fantastic performances. Gaskin sang Soprano in the SATB mixed choir and Hill sang Bass in the TTBB men’s choir. Director Janet Sain said “This is an incredible accomplishment! I’m so proud of these students and thrilled that CCHS was once again represented at All-State.” Both students are now eligible to graduate high school with State Distinction.
