The following Chester County educators earned the Modern Woodmen of America Hometown Heroes Awards. Chester County Schools CER Curriculum Team
Comprehensive Educational Resources (CER) is an educational consortium serving 28 school districts across Tennessee. CER is a collaboration between these 28 districts and The Niswonger Foundation that reachers approximately 135,000 students. The superintendents of each participating school govern CER. The following teachers are members of the Chester County Schools CER Curriculum Team. The team members worked with other CER districts to add additional writing support materials to the CER website. CER Math Content Review Team
The Chester County Schools CER Math Content Review Team members of Ben Odom – Geometry and Corey Sweat – Algebra I, worked with other CER districts to revise and align all math materials on the CER website to the new standards. The 2023-24 Teachers of the Year were also recognized during their 2024 County-Wide Inservice. See the December 14, 2023 issue for the photo of the teachers.
