The Chester County Grand Jury convened Friday, Sept. 13, at the Chester County Justice Center, with Judge Joseph Howell presiding.
The following defendants were arraigned on the specified charges:
Kenneth L. Woods, 25, Lexington, is charged with first-degree murder – conspiracy, first-degree murder – attempt, aggravated assault and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon – gang leader.
Malik Jaquan Pirtle, 18, Jackson, is charged with first-degree murder – conspiracy, first-degree murder – attempt, employ firearm with intent to go armed – dangerous felony and aggravated assault.
Landon Bruce Stewart, 23, Medon, is charged with first-degree murder – conspiracy, first-degree murder – attempt and aggravated assault.
Ethan Vasquez, 34, Henderson, is charged with official misconduct and aggravated stalking.
