Freeman Charles Farley, 52, of Reagan passed away Oct. 21, 2025, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services were 3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue Chapel with Misty Farley officiating.
There was a private family burial that followed. The family received friends at Crook Avenue from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.
He was born in Jackson, July 6, 1973. He grew up in Henderson and attended Chester County High School. He married Misty Pusser on Feb. 14, 1998, and they made their home in Chester County.
He was a residential and commercial painter. He coached Chester County Dixie Youth and Chester County Youth football for more than 10 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching football with his boys.
He also raised pit bulls.
He loved spending time with his family and grilling - often cooking for family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Misty Farley; two sons, Colby Farley and Dalton (Milla) Farley, both of Reagan; brother, Dusty (Emma) Clayton of Henderson; sister, Judy (Riley) Farley of Bells; nieces, Lilly Gilliam, Adriana Clayton and Lexie (Oakley) Vandiver; nephews, Miles Ward, Tyler Clayton and Xander Climer; sister and brother-in-law, Liberty (Josh) Climer of Henderson; and father and mother-in-law, Mike and Diane Pusser of Henderson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Freeman Farley, and great-grandmother, Betty Anita Newson.
