The city of Henderson Board of Mayor and Aldermen are slated to meet at 7 p.m. tonight, Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025, in the upstairs Council Chamber of the Henderson City Hall.
In addition to delegations and other business, items on the agenda include discussion of a Fast Track Industrial Grant on Premier Way and consideration for purchase approval of Turn Out gear for the fire department and aerators for the North Lagoon. The board will also consider action on the final reading of ordinances amending the Municipal Zoning Regulations pertaining to the definition of “Manufacture Home” and update the standards for Manufactured Homes and amending the Regional Zoning Regulations pertaining to the replacement of the definition of Manufactured Residential Dwelling with “Manufactured Home” and update the standards for Manufactured Homes.
