The City of Henderson mayor and Board of Aldermen will meet at 7 p.m. this evening, Thursday October 20, for their October Meeting.
At the start of the meeting during delegations, the Chester County Library will speak to the board.
Considerations/actions that will be addressed include:
Considering action on an Ordinance to amend City Zoning to permit Electric Vehicle Charging Stations within the B-1 (General Business), B-4 (Highway Business) and I (Institutional) Districts as Permitted Uses, hold a public hearing on the proposed ordinance and consider passage of the proposed ordinance
Considering approval of a Resolution authorizing the City to apply for a PE Partners Property Conservation Grant to protect city properties
Considering approval of an Automatic Aid Agreement between the City Fire Department and the Chester County Fire Department
Considering passage of an Ordinance and a Resolution amending: Water Tap Fees, Water and Gas Service Fees, Connection Fees and Reconnect Fees
To consider approval the sale of extra inventory of Itron AMR Meter Heads to a community in Georgia
To consider approval of the purchase of a drone for the Police Department.
