The City of Henderson recently approved new specifications for Mobile Food Vendors that operate within the city.
Mobile Food Vendors will now refer to the Henderson Municipal Code; Title Nine; Chapter Six for local requirements and regulations. Henderson Mayor Terry Bell said the amendment was designed to be relatively uncomplicated, featuring a detailed permit, with input from area mobile food operators.
An informative meeting will held for anyone wishing to learn more about regulations and the permitting process. The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, at Henderson City Hall, Conference Room No. 3, first floor, near the rear of the building.
This policy will go into effect February 1, 2026.
