Last week’s Chester County Independent contained an article concerning the county commission’s voting on the proposed general fund budget.
It was reported the vote was seven commissioners voting in favor of the budget while eight voted against the budget.
Commissioner Todd Lewis originally voted “yes” for the budget, then changed his vote to “no”
The correct vote was nine against the proposed budget and six voting in favor. The motion failed 9-6.
