The Chester County Commission is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Monday, March 31, at the Chester County Criminal Justice Center Courtroom.
Items on the agenda include an address by student government and discussion of a tabled item as well as any public comment, approval of budget amendments and other business.
The board is set to approve the following: courtroom security report; audit report, resolution to support extending the advanced manufacturing production tax credit, Private Act (repeal and replace past provisions to motor vehicle tax with additions into one); resolution to establish an updated occupational safety and health program plan and notaries.
Updates and information will be presented on opioid funds, health department renovation and addition, old fairgrounds area/agricultural arena and information on Heritage Towers.
