Chester County Mayor Barry Hutcherson welcomed Thomas Winbush last week as the new director of Solid Waste. “I’m proud to appoint Thomas Winbush,” said Hutcherson. “Amber Green advanced on her career to working with the state. With the help of the great staff at solid waste and the workers, we plan that Thomas can advance and keep Solid Waste in good shape.” Hutcherson continued to say that Chester County should look for more good things to come from the Solid Waste Department and Recycling Hub including implementation of the robotic arms and a future building expansion.
