Good morning from Deanburg. Thanks be to God. The sun is shining. We have so many reasons to be thankful, including a secure home and families and friends who are safe from the storms. Everyone was not as blessed as we were. My heart goes out to all who were not as fortunate. Keep those people in your prayers. Also, pray for the linemen and the county workers who are looking after the roads.
Thank you, Southwest Electric, for keeping our lines secure. Not every county keeps the trees cut back from the lines.

Deanburg Community Club met on April 1. They planned homecoming that is set for 10:30 a.m. April 26 with food ready at noon. There will be a karaoke contest. Everyone is invited.
