Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett made a stop in Chester County Thursday morning, Oct. 22, thanking poll workers for their dedication during Early Voting and encouraging voters to take advantage of Early Voting through Oct. 29. Secretary Hargett said voting early at your convenience prevents a missed opportunity in case something happens to prevent you from making it to the polls on voting day. He also suggested voters research the ballot beforehand at www.govotetn.gov or through the Govotetn app, and know how you plan to vote prior to heading to the polls.
