Five people were arrested on drug and weapons charges last week following a search warrant at 722 Hearn Street in Henderson.
Wednesday, July 3, agents with the 26th Judicial District Drug Task Force, the 24th Judicial District Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, Members of the Madison County, TN SWAT team in cooperation with the Henderson Police Department and the Chester County Sheriff’s Department conducted the search warrant. Items located and seized from within the residence included marijuana, ecstasy, fentanyl, ACID (LSD), Xanax, mushrooms (Psilocybin mushrooms) and multiple firearms. Five individuals, all of Henderson, were arrested and charged including Sarah Vilches, 39, Dustin Vilches, 45, Blake Kovatch, 19, Dawson Bray, 19 and Abigail Bartlett, 18. See Your Right to Know on Page 5-A for individual charges. As of press time, Tuesday, all were held in the Chester County Jail without bond. They are scheduled to appear in Chester County General Sessions Court at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16.
The 26th Judicial District Drug Task Force is a joint Task Force made up of the 26th Judicial District Attorney General’s Office along with officers from the Jackson Police Department, the Henderson Police Department, the Lexington Police Department, the Madison County Sheriff’s Department and the Chester County Sheriff’s Department.
