Grand Jury returns indictments

The Chester County Grand Jury convened Tuesday morning and indicted the following:
Tony Kent Bain Jr., 39, Beech Bluff, is charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000.
Nathan John Bishop, 44, Pinson, is charged with reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved, 911 calls in non-emergency situations prohibited, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, 12 counts possession of a weapon by convicted felon and 12 counts possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Tony Allen Ervin, 42, Finger, is charged with driving under the influence, vehicular assault, aggravated assault – reckless, vehicle entering through highway or stop intersection and implied consent.
Ahsley Dawn Rena Gladden, 38, Newbern, is charged with child abuse/neglect/endangerment eight years or less.
Eric Thomas Hill, 39, Henderson, is charged with reckless endangerment – vehicle felony, reckless driving, evading arrest flight – vehicle, resist stop/arrest/search (no weapon), leaving scene of an accident – property damage, drivers to exercise due care, immediate notice of accident, speeding, improper passing (no passing zone), improper passing (overtake vehicle on left), overtaking on the right, display of registration plates, following too closely, driving on roadways laned for traffic, obedience to any required traffic control device.
Eric Thomas Hill, 39, Henderson, in a second case, is charged with stalking.
Eric Thomas Hill, 39, Henderson, in a third case, is charged with aggravated assault.
Timvoise De Lambert, 21, Henderson, is charged with first degree murder and especially aggravated robbery – attempt.
Steven James Lute, 49, Finger, is charged with driving under the influence – first offense, possession of a handgun while under the influence and public intoxication.
Adrian Mason Shorter, 23, Bethel Springs, is charged with domestic assault.
Raymond Allen Neisler Jr., 45, Henderson, is charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault.
Vicky Jean Ables, 55, Henderson, is charged with aggravated assault – use or display of deadly weapon, reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved and escape (felony offense).
Devin Malik Davis, 27, Henderson, is charged with two counts schedule II drugs: Fentanyl - .5 grams or greater, two counts schedule II drugs: manufacturing/deliver/sell/possession, two counts schedule II drugs: cocaine - .5 grams or greater, tampering with evidence – attempt.
Stedman Jamelle Ingram, 32, Henderson, is charged with two counts schedule II drugs: Fentanyl - .5 grams or greater, two counts schedule II drugs: manufacture/deliver/sell/possession, two counts schedule II drugs: Cocaine - .5 grams or greater, tampering with evidence – attempt and driving while license suspended.
Timothy Alexander Gordon, 35, Henderson, is charged with two counts schedule II drugs: Fentanyl - .5 grams or greater, two counts schedule II drugs: Cocaine - .5 grams or greater, two counts schedule IV drugs: manufacture/deliver/sell/possession, two counts schedule VI drugs: manufacture/deliver/sell/possession, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, 24 counts employ firearm with intent to go armed – dangerous felony attempt.
Timothy Alexander Gordon, in a second case, is charged with two counts schedule II drugs: manufacture/deliver/sell/possession.
Timothy Alexander Gordon, in a third case, is charged with two counts schedule II drugs: Fentanyl - .5 grams or greater.
Timothy Alexander Gordon, in a fourth case, is charged with two counts schedule II drugs: manufacture/deliver/sell/possession.
Darryl Alexis Howard, 32, Enville, is charged with two counts schedule VI drugs: manufacture/deliver/sell/possession, two counts schedule VI drugs: manufacture/deliver/sell/possession and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Joshua Daniel Jones is charged with statutory rape.
Logan Hunter Kirby, 31, Jackson, is charged with aggravated assault – domestic, domestic assault and vandalism up to $1,000.
Kisha Marie Moudy, 38, Beech Bluff, is charged with arson.
Philllip (Cody) Dewayne Thomas, 31, Jackson, is charged with evading arrest flight – vehicle, driving while license revoked, driving under the influence: first offense and driving while license revoked – second or subsequent.
Phillip (Cody) Dewayne Thomas, 31, Jackson, in a second case, is charged with evading arrest flight – vehicle, driving while license suspended and driving while license suspended – second or subsequent.
Autumn Pauline Yearwood, 29, Middleton, is charged with burglary – commit/attempt commit felony/theft/assault, theft of property $2,500 to $10,000 and vandalism $2,500 to $10,000.
Damon D. Whitley, 46, Henderson, is charged with aggravated statutory rape and statutory rape by an authority figure.
Quienton Devon Woods, 31, Toone, is charged with two counts aggravated robbery, two counts aggravated assault, aggravated burglary (habitation), theft up to $1,000, 10 counts possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, two counts possession of a weapon by convicted of felony drug offense and six counts possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Jeffie Glenn Simmons Jr., 30, Paris, is charged with two counts aggravated robbery, two counts aggravated assault, aggravated burglary (habitation), theft up to $1,000, driving while license suspended, driving while license suspended – second or subsequent, financial responsibility law, and possession of a handgun – convicted felon.
Joseph Andrew Doucette, 34, Luray, is charged with vandalism up to $1,000.
Charles Anthony Edwards, 53, Michie, is charged with three counts driving under the influence: first offense, evading arrest risk of death or injury, driving while license revoked, driving while license revoked – second or subsequent, simple possession/casual exchange, theft of property - $2,500 to $10,000, reckless driving, driving on roadways laned for traffic, drivers to exercise due care, obedience to any required traffic control device and open container.
Deonta Depriest Hale, 32, Bethel Springs, is charged with driving under the influence: first offense, implied consent, driving without license and financial responsibility law.
Daryl Wayne Hart, 42, Enville, is charged with rape and two counts sexual battery by an authority figure.
Christopher David Howard, 45, Decaturville, is charged with theft up to $1,000 and burglary – other than habitat or non-public building.

Nikolas Donte Whitledge, 21, Milan, is charged with aggravated burglary (habitation), aggravated assault – domestic and vandalism up to $1,000.
