The Grand Jury will convene in Chester County next week to return indictments.
The following defendants are scheduled to appear at 8:31 a.m. Tuesday, October 20, 2026:

Ashley Nicole Hopper, 38, of Henderson, in case CR-89-B, is charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000.
Sarina Love Baker-Frierson, 27, of Henderson, in case CR-90, is charged with aggravated burglary (Habitation) and assault – physical contact.
William Derek Turner, 47, of Finger, in case CR-92, is charged with Home Improvement provider failure to refund money $2,500 to $10,000.
Raheem Fitzhugh, 32, of Henderson, in case CR-93, is charged with possession of a weapon – convicted felony crime of violence, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities and simple possession/casual exchange.
Tomeka Teshonte Walls, 33, of Milan, in case CR-94, is charged with vandalism $10,000 to $60,000 and burning personal property/land.
Michael James Prince, 27, of Henderson, in case CR-95, is charged with four counts of aggravated rape of a child.
Almontay L. Woods, 38, of Jackson, in case CR-96, is charged with simple possession/casual exchange, unlawful sell of synthetic urine, criminal impersonation, driving while license suspended and violation of the slow poke law.
Sedrick D. Carter, 43, of Martin, in case CR-97-A, is charged with simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, driving while license suspended, light law – motor vehicle and window tinted.
Christi Crosby, 52, of Martin, in case CR-97-B, is charged with two counts simple possession/casual exchange, methamphetamine – possession or casual exchange and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.
Tavoris A. Clark, 38, of Henderson, in case CR-98, is charged with retaliate for past action, resisting stop/arrest/search (no weapon) and public intoxication.
Christian Shane Barham, 33, of Henderson, in case CR-99, is charged with three counts driving under the influence: first offense, driving under the influence: second offense, possession of a weapon (firearm/ammunition) by a convicted felon crime of violence, sexual offender registration form violation, driving while license revoked, driving while license revoked second or subsequent – due to conviction of DUI, driving while license revoked – second or subsequent, open container and display of registration plates.
Roderick Vincent, 48, of Henderson, in case CR-100, is charged with burglary – auto/boat/airplane/other motor vehicle.
Emerson Andrew Ballard, 66, of Henderson, in case CR-101, is charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault, reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved and possession of a handgun while under the influence.
Edmund Levelle Dotson, 26, of Medina, in case CR-102, is charged with two counts aggravated assault and two counts domestic assault.
Kenneth Earl White, 46, of Henderson, in case CR-103, is charged with false reports to officer.
Lennis Oresa Gray, 68, of Iuka, Mississippi, in case CR-104, is charged with driving under the influence: first offense and driving under the influence: second offense.

Joshual Adam Haltom, 42, of Henderson, in case CR-107, is charged with two counts schedule VI drugs: Manufacture/deliver/sell/possession and resisting stop/arrest/search (no weapon).
Kevin Mastroianna, 63, of Enville, in case CR-108, is charged with sexual battery.

Raymond Randolpy Hudson Jr., 81, of Bethel Springs, in case CR-110, is charged with 12 counts sexual exploitation of minor, greater than 100 images.
Bruce Allen Hudgins, 66, of White House, in case CR-111, is charged with driving under the influence: first offense, driving under the influence: second offense, driving while license suspended, display of registration plates and financial responsibility law.
Kamryn Stephon Hall, 56, of Henderson, in case CR-112, is charged with first degree murder – attempt and reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved.
Kavon Keshaun Williamson, 21, of Jackson, in case CR-113-C, is charged with aggravated burglary.
Brian Robert O’Neal, 42, of Enville, in case CR-114, is charged with aggravated assault and domestic assault.
