The Chester County Junior High Lady Eagles closed out their regular season Thursday night, Dec. 11, at home against TCA.
TCA took control early, building a 9–0 lead after the first quarter. Chester County responded in the second quarter behind Amilli Eanes, who scored 8 points to provide a spark and cut the deficit to 16–13 at halftime.
The Lady Eagles continued to compete in the third quarter as Briley Hudson scored 3 points at the free-throw line, while Gracelynn Geary knocked down a 3-pointer, keeping Chester County within reach at 25–21 heading into the final period. TCA pulled away in the fourth quarter to secure a 38–24 victory.
With the regular season complete, Chester County will wrap up its season in the Best of the West Tournament from Dec. 15–18.
