Jo Ann Powell Ivy, 88, of Lexington passed away March 18, 2026, at Henderson County Community Hospital. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue. Burial will follow at Roby Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue Chapel on Thursday from noon-3 p.m.
She was born Feb. 2, 1938, in Sardis.
