Tatiana Williams was taken into custody as part of an investigation into a missing person. The investigation, initiated by the Jackson Police Department with assistance by the Chester County Sheriff’s Office, led to the discovery of a body buried in a shallow grave on Howard Road in Chester County. The remains have tentatively been identified as 23-year-old Hayden Blair.
