Kevin Glenn McAdams, 52, of Finger, died June 20, 2026, at his home.
Funeral services were 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 24, at Shackelford Funeral Directors - Casey Chapel with burial following in Paul Lott Cemetery in Finger. The family received friends at Casey Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday.
He was born in Jackson on Nov. 19, 1973, son of Jackie Glenn McAdams and Neasha Lynn Vineyard Smith. He grew up in Reagan and attended schools in Lexington and Scott’s Hill.
He has worked at TAG Trucking Company in Jackson for over 25 years and served as Service Manager. He enjoyed farming, gardening, fishing and raising horses. He also had a Blue Heeler, Beth, who was his faithful traveling companion. He was a “people person” and was loved by everyone. He especially loved his family and demonstrated his care and concern with daily calls to see how each of them were doing. He was a member of Old Jacks Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by a son, Hunter Phillip (fiancée Mercedes Vipond) McAdams of Finger; four grandchildren, Sadie, Titus, Everleigh and Kensleigh; his father, Jackie Glenn McAdams of Finger; his mother, Neasha (Steve) Smith of Reagan; mother of his children, Brandi (Robert) Taylor of Finger; a brother, Eric (Bridget) McAdams of Reagan; and nieces, Lilly and Bella McAdams.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Leon and Barbara Vineyard; paternal grandparents, Jack and Dorothy McAdams; and his son, Tyler Glenn McAdams.
