Dear Editor,
In times like this, we need to pray more than we have ever done without ceasing. This world has many evil hearts in it. Many lives are taken, families destroyed and countries demolished. Prayer is our lifeline to God for help. We as Christians need to pray all the time for the terrible crisis in our world.
Intercessory prayer is something very close to the heart of God. God’s love for all is great. He gave his son Jesus to save us. We think of prayer as talking to God in a one-way conversation, but it is not. God listens, but do we listen to him? Pray in faith; pray believing; pray with consistency. We need to pray when we wake up and at bedtime for world peace.
