Marc Joblin plants tulips and daffodils down Main Street and across town to give Henderson the Spring-time vibe. “I think everybody loves the tulips and daffodils if they admit it or not,” Joblin said. “It makes me feel good to receive so many kind words when they bloom and to know that they are enjoyed so much.”
