The competition is being held in partnership with the Miss Tennessee Opportunity, the officially licensed Tennessee organization within the iconic Miss America organization.
The competition will feature both Miss and Teen divisions. The Miss division is open to women ages 18–28. The winner will be crowned Miss West Tennessee State Fair 2027 and will advance to compete in the Miss Tennessee competition in Nashville in June 2027. The Teen division is open to contestants ages 14–18.
