Mason Myers, seventh grade, represented Chester County Junior High in the Tennessee Middle School Golf State Championship Tuesday, May 13.
The event took place at Harpeth Hills Golf Course and was a full 18 holes. Mason Finished tied for sixth place with a score of 77, +5 over par. Mason was also the top performing seventh grader of the tournament.
“Harpeth Hills is a challenging course with difficult greens. We are so proud of Mason! He is an excellent golfer and team leader,” CCJHS Golf Head Coach Davis Parten said.
