Hello to all from this little corner of the world. Sunday was a chilly, partly sunny day. This next week, the forecast is for daytime highs to be in the low 70’s and no rain. Daylight Savings Time ended last weekend. We actually got up too early Sunday morning. One hour to be exact. That’s a first. We are in a season of preparation. Keep a jacket and an umbrella available.
Condolences to all who have lost loved ones. The cold, dark days ahead will be gloomy and will try to pull you down, but fight the battle. Jesus is always there for us. He never leaves, and I talk to Him every day, more than once. Our son will be gone 28 years in December, and this is what gets me through, among the blessings the Lord sends. He does send them, and we must look for them, especially when we are feeling defeated. Just know others care. I also think of how Jesus suffered on this earth for us and how many are neglectful or just do not know at the present. Jesus suffered more on this earth than we will ever have to, and He was perfect. I will do my best to live for Him while I am still on this earth. I pray something I am saying helps someone. God bless.
Happy birthday to Milt Tobey, 11-5, and Doug Bishop, 11-7.
Happy anniversary to Kirbi and Josh Fahs, 11-7.

Happiness: “Happiness is a state of being. Happiness is loving yourself. Happiness is a decision. Happiness is establishing a deeper connection with people who matter. Happiness is contentment. Happiness is to be grateful for all the blessings.” – unknown
