With spring break in the rearview mirror at CCHS, there are many things to look forward to in the coming months. Seniors only have seven weeks until they walk across that stage at graduation. They will have many things to look forward to coming soon. For seniors also, the annual senior yard signs were for sale at the high school. These signs are where you or a loved one can support a senior that you may know that attends Chester County High School. The seniors have recently done a parent-led fundraiser where the seniors sold boxes of Krispy-Kreme donuts to the public and their peers to raise money for the class of 2022’s project graduation.
The first home game for the Boy’s soccer team was this past Tuesday where they played against the Jackson Christian Eagles. Their next game will be against the Madison Mustangs, on Thursday, March 31, at Madison. The baseball teams have also gotten off to a good start. They recently played Southside at Freed Hardeman University on their field this past Tuesday. Their next game will be today, Thursday, March 31, against Brighton. This game will also be played at Freed Hardeman. The tennis team has been excelling as well. They played this past Monday against Adamsville, Tuesday against Lexington, and will play today (Thursday) against Arlington. All three of these matches have and will be played at home. The softball team played Tuesday against Madison at home. Their next game will be next Monday against Dyer County at home. The Track and Field team will have a race this coming Friday at USJ where they hope to compete well. Be sure to come out support all of the spring sports as they continue their seasons.
I want to thank the city of Henderson and Chester County for their continued support of us here at CCHS.
God Bless and Go Eagles!
