Hello from Enville! I hope you all are having a great week! I believe old man winter has arrived and probably going to stay for a while. I would not mind having a white Christmas but without all the cold, frigid below zero wind chills. I hope everyone is planning a Christmas with family and friends with lots of food and fellowship. I know that with all the hustle and bustle, last minute shopping, cooking and wrapping we can easily become burdened, but try to keep Christ in Christmas; remember that his birth is what Christmas is about.
My family had our Christmas on Saturday at my sister’s in Pontotoc, Miss.. We had fun playing Dirty Santa, enjoying finger foods, laughing and talking, and it was warm enough for the kids to play a little football. We had about 22 in attendance with the newest addition to our family with us. He was passed around quite a bit. We had lots of fun!
Enville sends out Happy Birthday wishes to Corey Finley and Ron Maness on Dec. 23 and Austin Spain on Dec. 29. Happy Anniversary to Danny and Kay Swafford on Dec. 24. We hope you all enjoy your special day!
