The annual Dinner and Auction event for the local Carl Perkins Center brought in more than $30,000 over the weekend, all of which will be used in Chester County toward the prevention of child abuse and the recovery of children and families who have been affected.
“We were blessed beyond measure by the attendance, volunteers and donations made to our Center,” said Center Director Kirbi Fahs. “So many people planned, donated, gave of their time, resources and talents to make this night incredible. We are grateful to our loving community who allows us to be able to meet children at the door and sit with them at the table as they work toward hope and healing!”
