Chester County constituents are preparing for upcoming May and August 2026 elections.
Qualifying petitions must be returned to the election office no later than noon today, Thursday, Feb. 19 for the May 5 Primary and by noon March 10 for the Aug. 6 General.
Offices on the ballot for the May 5, 2026, Primary Elections are Chester County Mayor, all Chester County Commissioners (two per district), Trustee, County Clerk, Register of Deeds, Circuit Court Clerk, Road Superintendent, Sheriff and School Board Members (Districts 1, 2 and 6).
Voter registration deadline is April 6. Early voting will be April 15-30.
The Aug. 6, 2026 General Election ballot will include Henderson Aldermen (three seats), Enville City Mayor and Enville Aldermen (three seats). Petitions are now available for pick-up, and the qualifying deadline is noon, March 10.
