High School
FCCLA – Eagle Style campus store, Aug. 1 – May 31, 2026, students serve within the school and promote ownership by running the campus store.
FCCLA – Miss CCHS and Miss Henderson Pageant, Sept. 1 – March 31, 2026, The pageants promote both student and community involvement with our school as students host the event and community members attend
Sophomores Class of 2028 – Sell spirit items at football games, Sept. 12 – Oct 31, Christmas cards for nursing home residents.
Sophomores Class of 2028 – Homecoming t-shirt sales, Sept. 1 – Oct. 10, Donate supplies to the Henderson Animal Shelter
Sophomores Class of 2028 – Dress down/jean day – Students can pay to wear jeans/t-shirts on Friday Sept. 12, Friday, Nov. 7 and Friday, Jan. 16, Sponsor Angel Tree child.
CCHS Tennis Team, Calendar, students will get donations from people for the individual days of October, Oct. 1 – Nov. 4. Tennis team members will go to East Chester Elementary School and assist with various clean-up projects across their campus. Tasks will be provided by school Principal, Amanda Brasfield, Dec. 8 – Dec. 12.
CCHS Staff – Jean Fridays, Aug. 8 – Jan. 19, Keep the flower beds around the front of the school weeded monthly, as needed.
CCHS Baseball – Golf tournament/sponsor board, Aug. 11 – Oct. 4, Student baseball players to volunteer to referee at the breast cancer awareness softball tournament to be held at the baseball field Aug. 16.
Softball – Blanket sales with fundraiserblankets.com, Sept. 26 – Oct. 10. Make care packages for the nursing home and deliver.
CCHS Theatre – We will sell sponsorships, Sept. 1 - May 1. We will collect supplies for the Family Resource Center, Nov. 17-21.
Student Council – Concession sales during Homecoming week, Oct. 6 – Oct. 10. Angel tree to benefit Headstart in Henderson, Dec. 1-12.
Student Council – Homecoming parade, Oct. 6 – Oct. 10, Student Council will staff and clean up all homecoming activities (Hall decorating, movie on the lawn, bonfire, pep rally and game night) for the 2025 homecoming week.
Beta Club – T-shirt fundraiser, Oct. 5 – Oct. 31, tutoring with math and ELA, fall festivals, every Tuesday and Thursday, Fall festivals.
Beta Club – September calendar each day is the amount collected, Sept. 1 – Sept. 30, after school tutoring in math and ELA Tuesdays and Thursdays until 4, fall and spring semesters.
Senior Class – Homecoming Dance, Oct. 10, Picking up trash on parking lot after school, Sept. 22-Sept. 26.
National Honor Society – Spirit Chain, NHS will circulate through the lunchroom collecting money from their peers in a grade-level competition to see who can raise the most money. The winner will be announced at homecoming, Oct. 6 – Oct. 10. NHS students collect new stuffed animals to donate to every child on the Student Council’s Angel Tree in December 2025.
Girls/Boys Basketball – Sponsorship Boards, Sept. 8 – Oct. 10, Help with whatever the Organizers need help with during BBQ Festival, Sept. 26-27.
Freshman Class, Class of 2029 – Homecoming shirt sales, class shirts will be sold for homecoming, Sept. 22 – Oct. 8. The freshman class will sponsor an angel from the Carl Perkins angel tree, Dec. 2025.
Academic Quiz Bowl – Oct. 1 – Oct. 31, Supporters can choose from 20 treats all made from premium quality nuts and candies at https://www.justfundraising.com/snackin-in-the-usa-travel.html?srsltid=AfmBOopJyFZEi8jgppFX04YH-nLkCA90L1CiWZXKnW-JimR_3HuF9BvoT The community service project will include tutoring services in November from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
FFA – FFA Concessions for the fair, Oct. 16 – Oct. 25. Community service projects include helping at fairground events, can donations and fair ground pickup.
FFA – Sell candy bars, Sept. 1 – Nov. 1, FFA fed judges and volunteers for the Chester County Showdown.

Junior High School
Junior Beta Club – Dress down days two-three times per semester, Oct. 1 – March 31, 2026. Each Jr. Beta member is required to participate in at least 1 community service project. Community service can be done at any time during the school year and even during the summer before the new school year begins.
Junior Beta Club – Sell leftover Puravida bracelets. These were leftover from a fundraiser that was done several years ago. Each Beta Club student is required to complete two service projects. Students may choose their service project. These may be completed any time throughout the summer or during the school year. Bracelet sells will be Aug. 25 – March 31.
Boys and Girls Golf – Fill in the Golf Ball Calendar style donation and Little Caesars Fundraiser. A variety of products will be available for purchase online via the Little Caesar’s website, with no physical selling or handling of money, Oct. 1 – April 15. Community service project involves cleaning up at the golf course, painting gate if needed, May 2026.
General Fund – Snack cart, Aug. 25 – May 18, Can drive for Nov. 4.
Dress Down Days for students, one day each month, Aug. 29 – April 24. Students will send Christmas cards to local officials.
CCJHS Cheerleaders – Dress down day on a Friday to alternate every other month. $2 maximum for dress down top and bottom, Sept. 1 – May 18. The CCJHS cheerleaders will create Christmas/holiday cards to send to members of the community such as Southern Oaks Assisted Living or create hand painted banners to support the Eagle Olympics held in May at the high school.

Middle School
Sunshine Fund – jeans day for staff, Aug. 4 – Dec. 31. Write encouraging notes to students during TCAP testing in April.
CCMS PTO – Sept. 5 – March 5, Veterans Day in November.
CCMS General – Fund, Fall pictures, Oct 9 – Oct. 31, to provide families with school pictures.
Jacks Creek Elementary
JCES PSO – Fall Festival, Oct. 2 – Nov. 30, Community connection to continue to support CCSS and JCES, Nov. 1.
JCES General Fund – Fall/Spring Pictures, Aug. 20 – May 21, Solid Waste Recycle Center, collecting paper, plastic, cans throughout the school year.
