Among the 32 students statewide to participate in the Tennessee Governor’s School for the Agricultural Sciences from May 31 through June 26 was Madison Seaton (second row, far right) of Henderson. The academic program is hosted by the University of Tennessee at Martin and offers rising high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to gain experience in a collegiate environment, familiarity with technology in their field and three hours of college credit in agriculture and natural resources courses.
