Secretary of State Tre Hargett and State Representative Kirk Haston presented two grant awards to leaders at the Chester County Library on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024. One award is a $5,433 Training Opportunities for the Public (TOP) Grant to help cover the cost of digital literacy instructors and Wi-Fi Hotspots. The other is a Tech grant, totaling $1,755 to assist with the cost of desktops, barcode scanners, and a receipt printer.
