The Chester County Eaglettes picked up two wins last week against Jackson Christian School, 15-5, and University School of Jackson, 11-5. Their loss came at the hands of Crockett County, 15-6.

CCHS vs University School of Jackson
The Eaglettes won big over USJ last Monday, 11-5.
USJ got on the scoreboard first, scoring one run in the first and four in the second. They were shutout the remainder of the game while CCHS put up 11 runs on 11 hits and seven RBI’s.
Leading the Eaglettes at the plate were: Jillian Patterson with two hits and three RBI’s; Reece Collins with two hits and two RBI’s; Ryan Whitman with two hits; Brentlee Burgess, Kymber Martin, Lillie Swope, Addison Newland and Makynlee Campbell had one hit apiece.
Cambell started the game in the circle. She allowed four hits and five runs (one earned) over two innings. Jillian Patterson relieved her in the third inning and earned the win for the Eaglettes. She surrendered four hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out three with zero walks.

CCHS vs Crockett County
The Eaglettes had trouble keeping up with Crockett County in a 15-6 loss on Tuesday.
Crockett County got on the board in the first inning after an error scored one run.
The Lady Cavaliers committed an error, which helped the Eaglettes tie the game at one in the bottom of the first. The score remained tied through the third inning when Crockett County took the lead in the fourth and widened their lead to 15-6 by game’s end. The Eaglettes recorded five hits on the night. Knipper had two hits and one RBI. Burgess, Whitman, Newland and Georganna Pickens each had a hit apiece. Knipper led in the RBI department with a pair while Burgess, Martin, Knipper and Newland had one each. Addie Parker pitched 4.2 innings with seven strikeouts and two walks. Chloe Teague relieved her mid-way through the inning and finished the game. She gave up two walks.

Christian School
Chester County finished out the week when they welcomed Jackson Christian School on Thursday. Making up for the loss to Crockett County, the Eaglettes put nine runs on the board in the second inning, which helped them defeat JCS 15-5. Addy Parker earned the win for Chester County. The hurler gave up two hits and one run over two innings, striking out three and walking one. Martin and Teague each appeared in relief for the Eaglettes. Knipper led Chester County at the plate with two hits. Newland, Martin, Pickens, Whitman and Campbell had one hit each. Pickens led the team with four RBI’s. Knipper had two while Patterson and Whitman each had one.
