The Chester County Independent would like to show appreciation to the City of Henderson Public Works and Chester County Highway Department for salting, plowing and shoveling snow to clear the main local streets in single-digit and subzero temperatures for those who had to travel during the week of “snowmageddon.” The Independent and community thanks you.
