Several gathered on the Chester County Courthouse lawn Monday, July 28 in prayer and recognition of Tennessee’s House Joint Resolution No. 51, “A Resolution to seek Almighty God’s hand of ever-present mercy and healing on Tennessee.” The resolution acknowledges the nation’s and state founders and founding values and Tennessee’s history and future challenges, recognizing the month of July each year to be a time of prayer and fasting in Tennessee.
