Early Voting Oct. 14-29
Early Voting for the State and Federal General Election starts Oct. 14 and goes through Oct 29. Voting times are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and Friday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.

The Jacks Creek Volunteer Fire Station annual stew sale fundraiser will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24. Cost is $28/gallon. Station is located at Rt. 100 E at Hwy. 22A. Please bring your own container.

Hickory Corner Halloween Party Oct. 24
The Hickory Corner Community Center is hosting a Halloween Party beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at its location at 6050 St. Rt. 225. The Center will have free chili, hot dogs, drinks and desserts. There will be a costume contest followed by a cake walk. Everyone is invited to join us for an evening of good food, fellowship and fun.
