Timmy Young, 27, Luray, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, violation of the open container law, violation of the implied consent law and vandalism under $1,000. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $3,000 bond.
Terrance Prather, 39, Henderson, was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and driving without a license. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

February 18, 2025
Williams David Rainey, 54, in case 24-CR-105, pled guilty to count one, class D felony burglary – other than habitat or non-public building, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and is ordered to pay court costs. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count three, class D felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000 and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $4,050 in restitution. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a specified McNairy County Circuit case. He is to have no contact of any kind with witnesses or victims.
