Hailey Roberts, 21, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.

Craigery Whitman, 37, Finger, was arrested and charged with vandalism from $2,500 to $10,000. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
David Brown, 47, Jackson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail awaiting court appearance.
Jerry Key, 57, Jackson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $250 cash bond.
Hansell Parks, 27, Amory, Mississippi, was arrested and charged with simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and driving under the influence. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 cash bond.

Christopher Davis, 33, Jacks Creek, was arrested and charged with second degree murder. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $1 million bond. See story on Page 1-A.

Demarco Smith, 26, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second offense. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

Layla Scholl, 18, Medon, was arrested and charged with underage consumption of beer. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $500 bond.
Tavoris Clark, 36, Henderson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Nina Johnson, 50, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

Justin Moffitt, 31, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the implied consent law. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

Jacob Shane Johnson, 25, in case 24-CR-84, was sentenced in a December 4, 2023 car chase and shooting. During an attempted traffic stop Johnson reportedly fired a single round at law enforcement, striking a Henderson Police Department vehicle and a vehicle pursuit followed. The pursuit ended in the State Route 200 and Rabbit Ranch Road area after Johnson’s vehicle crashed and he fled into the woods. Johnson pled guilty to count one, class A felony first degree murder attempt, and was sentenced to 15 years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,500 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class A felony first degree murder – attempt, and was sentenced to 15 years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,500 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A felony first degree murder – attempt, and was sentenced to 15 years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,500 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class C felony aggravated assault – use or display deadly weapon and sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility to serve at 100% service prior to release eligibility with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count five, class C felony aggravated assault – use or display deadly weapon and sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 100% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count six class C felony aggravated assault – use or display deadly weapon and sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 100% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count 11, class E felony possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count 12, class E felony possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served. He pled guilty to count 13, class E felony possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count 14, class D felony evading arrest vehicle – risk of death and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 35% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count 15, class E felony reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility, to serve, at 35% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count 16, class B misdemeanor reckless driving, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count 17, class B misdemeanor driving while license revoked, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count 18, class B misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident – property damage – less than $1,500, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count 19, class C misdemeanor speeding and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, with credit for time served and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count 20 class C misdemeanor vehicles/street cars to stop at all stop signs, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count 21, class C misdemeanor driving on roadways laned for traffic, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count 22, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. Counts one through seven and 11-22 are concurrent with each other. Counts eight through 10 are concurrent with each other but consecutive to counts one through three. He is to have no contact of any kind with victims or witnesses.
